With more than 35 years of hands-on experience in the sauna and spa industry, Shelly is the driving force behind Spaworxs. Her expertise is deeply rooted in three generations of family knowledge, and she continues to build on that legacy by designing custom saunas with her father — a true Master Sauna Builder.

Shelly is passionate about healthy aging and is dedicated to helping people enhance their wellness, recovery, and vitality through the power of heat therapy. She believes everyone deserves a personal wellness retreat at home and loves guiding customers to the perfect solution for their lifestyle.

When she’s not helping families create their dream wellness spaces, Shelly enjoys mountain life in Vernon, BC with her three beloved dogs and extended family. She actively practices the wellness lifestyle she promotes — daily sauna sessions and the many benefits they bring.
