This notice explains how SpaWorxs handles personal information when you request information or a quote through a SpaWorxs enquiry form on Facebook or Instagram. It covers that enquiry and related follow-up, not every activity on our website or Meta's platforms.

Information we collect

Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, phone number, installation city and approximate purchase timing. We also receive the product enquiry associated with the form and any information you choose to provide when discussing your request with us.

Please do not provide medical or other sensitive personal information. We do not ask for health information in these forms.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your specific enquiry, discuss the product you selected, check whether we can serve your installation city, prepare a quote and arrange an appointment if you request one.

Submitting the form asks SpaWorxs to contact you about that enquiry using the contact details you provide. It does not sign you up for unrelated marketing emails or text messages, or authorize adding your enquiry details to advertising customer lists. You can ask us to stop enquiry follow-up at any time using the contact details above.

Service providers and processing locations

Meta processes information submitted through Facebook and Instagram forms. Meta's own handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy.

Osprey supports SpaWorxs' advertising and enquiry administration. To collect, deliver, manage and respond to your enquiry, necessary information may be processed by Osprey and the email or notification service providers used for enquiry delivery and correspondence. SpaWorxs uses these services for the purposes described in this notice.

These providers may process or store information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of those countries. We do not represent that enquiry information stays only in Canada.

How long we keep information

We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to and manage your request, any resulting purchase or service relationship, and applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on those purposes rather than a single fixed period for every enquiry.

Your choices and privacy requests

Contact shelly@spaworxs.com or 778-932-0624 to ask about the information SpaWorxs holds about you, request access or correction, request deletion, change your contact details or ask us to stop contacting you about your enquiry. You can also raise a privacy concern through these contacts.

We may need to confirm your identity to handle a request. A deletion or contact request may be subject to applicable legal requirements and information that must be retained for an active transaction or other necessary records.
